These woody bushes do not die back to the ground in winter, instead grow larger and more beautiful each year! Produce up to 200 huge, fragrant flowers per plant. Mature plants are 4-5 feet tall, 3-5 feet wide. Blooms around Memorial Day like standard Peonies. Kamata-nishiki has double, wisteria blue flowers with lighter edges. Kinkaku has regal, crepe-textured, yellow flowers that have red-orange edged petals up to 10" across. Shimanishiki features beautiful two-toned red and white double flowers.
