Fuchsia
Treasured for their delicate, multi-colored flowers that droop from containers, planters and window boxes, fuchsias can be grown outdoors or indoors as houseplants. Because many varieties are cold hardy, they are often grown outdoors in containers during the summer months and brought indoors and grown as a houseplant when the weather cools. Fuchsias prefer dappled sunlight and should be shaded from hot afternoon sun. When grown indoors, fuchsia plants perform best in indirect light. These plants are known for attracting pollinators, including bee and hummingbirds. Deer tend to pass them by. Shop for fuchsia plants for sale at Direct Gardening.
