Screen/Hedge
Hedges are a great way to show property boundaries and create private spaces in your yard. They're often less expensive to plant than buying and building a fence—and they enhance curb appeal. Hedges can also muffle sound from passing vehicles, offer a habitat for birds, provide shade and serve as a windbreak. Shrubs and bushes used for hedgerows can be deciduous or evergreen. They can be formal or informal, planted in a row or massed in groups. Before buying hedges and privacy screens, first determine the look you'd like to create, then start finding hedges and bushes that can help you create that look. Pay attention to the mature height and spread of the hedges you buy.
